Pick up policy

Pick Up and Drop Off Policy 

Must be on time for your appointments. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes for your appointment. If you are running late please call/text BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to make the appropriate arrangements. Pups must be picked up within an hour of being ready unless you let us know before your appointment of a certain pick up time. Pups left here over 2 hours without notice after being notified of groom completed will have a $5 late fee. The latest we are here is 4:00 pm dogs left here after 4:00 pm will have a $10 late fee added at check out. We have family and children to look after so please be courteous and notify us of any later pick up times.

Rescheduling

If you cannot make an appointment please call or text 24 hours before appointment

No Call No Shows will have to prepay the day of booking the new appointment (We are a small business and rely on all our customers to show up to their appointments)
